Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Make external and internal reports belong to job position.
- Design solutions to avert difficulties and rectify any evolving ones.
- Dealing draft contracts, terms of agreements, and attain licenses and permits.
- Analyze, handle and moderate risks.
- Make sure excellence construction values and the usage of appropriate construction methods.
- Manage and lead construction subcontractors and workers.
- Materials. Select tools, and equipment and monitor inventory.
- Fulfil contractual settings through performance.
- Evaluate the work progress on regular basis.
- Monitor and supervise construction projects from beginning to accomplishment.
- Evaluate the project thoroughly to schedule deliverables on time and predict costs.
- Monitor all on-site and off-site constructions to track compliance with safety and building guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Post-Graduate Degree in Project or Construction Management field from any reputed university.
- At least 10 – 12 years of experience as similar role in KSA.
- Strong understanding PowerPoint and excel is plus.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- High Mentoring and Emotional Intelligence skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
