Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Make sure that all payments are performed correct and deliver the accurate change or receipt to customers.
- Maintain the cashier area refine, organized and stocked with supplies like receipt paper.
- Responsible to receive payments and issues receipts, refunds or change amid keeping correct records of transactions.
- Welcome clients to keep a peaceful environment and improve client experience.
- Rectify customer complaints by delivering related data.
- Reconcile balances cash drawer by counting cash at the start and end of each shift.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Intermediate/ Bachelor’s degree or relevant field from any reputed university.
- At least 1+ years of experience in similar roles in any industry.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
