Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Conduct Installation and commission to new boilers, make sure compliance as per safety rules and manufacturer procedures.
- Perform daily examinations and precautionary maintenance on boilers and relevant tool to classify and resolve possible problems.
- Analyze and patch-up breakdowns or failures in boiler systems, like faulty valves, leakages, or pressure loopholes.
- Conduct daily servicing and cleaning of boilers to eradicate sediment, scale, and other issues that may impact performance.
- Track and alter boiler controls, fuel usage, and water intensities to enhance competence and reduce energy consumption.
- Perform test boiler protection tools, like relief valves, pressure controls, and flame precautions, to make sure appropriate operational.
- Maintain correct records of repair actions, examinations, and repairs executed on all boilers as per company procedures and controlling needs.
- Coordinate with repair teams to manage shutdowns and repairs, make sure insignificant disturbance to processes.
- Stay informed with latest industry trends, advancements, and rules in boiler technology to advise enhancements or improvements to current systems.
- Nurture a values of protection by following all pertinent conducting risk valuations, safety procedures, and helping safe work carry out.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering, Power engineering and Industrial electronics engineering, and Thermal dynamic or other relevant qualification from any reputed university.
- At least 2 – 3 years of experience in similar roles in any industry.
- Chinese language speaking skill or credentials like HSK is desirable.
- Strong understanding MS Office is plus.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
