Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage the seller pre-qualification procedure.
- Handle the vendor deployment in SAP & Ariba via MDM.
- Oversee the sellers due diligence at time of deployment.
- Sustain the vendor performance documents from end users.
- Retain the housekeeping of sellers’ information SAP & Ariba system.
- Handle the support desk relevant to Ariba vendor deployment procedure mostly for Local sellers.
- On time connect for any seller Re-enlist/ de-list and Blacklist with the crucial stake holders.
- Oversee supplier performance for optimum business operations performance.
- Make sellers facts and handling sellers’ classification in the system.
- Keeping record Active & In-Active sellers.
- Examine sellers’ information not participation in numerous times whereas calling in bidding procedure.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Business or Engineering from any reputed university.
- At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in supply chain relevant to any industry.
- Skill in SAP Ariba and MM modules is desired.
