Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Brief product detail to advertising for sales tools.
- Make and handle the stitching manufacturing plan to fulfil delivery schedules and make sure efficient workflow throughout production lines.
- Supervise and lead a team operators and stitchers, making sure that they pursue protocols operating processes and quality procedures.
- Classify and execute process enhancements to increase smoothness, less waste and keep high-quality protocols in stitching operations.
- Track regular manufacturing aims, classify bottlenecks and rectify problems relevant to stitching or manufacturing delays.
- Capacity usage of Stitching lines according to the basis of Man hours.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Engineering degree but Master’s degree in commerce or business administration is desirable.
- At least have 3 – 4 years of experience in relevant industry.
- Expertise in MS Office.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
