Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with department heads to establish concise, proficiency as per job descriptions.
- Evaluate digital marketing campaigns by using KPIs to analyze performance, ROI and consumer engagement. Apply tactics based on insights to enhance outcomes.
- Stay informed on boosting methods, Meta algorithms and best posting practices.
- Make visually attractive graphics and advertising content using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop and make sure all digital assets arrange with brand marketing and identity objectives.
- Reply quickly to emergency situations and deliver solutions timely.
- Make and execute digital marketing tactics to improve brand consciousness and lead engagement.
- Handle all social media platforms like Instagram, facebook etc., making sure reply to issues, timely posts, engagement with followers and the making appropriate brand content.
- Quick respond to online reviews, issues and messages keeping engaging and professional tone. Handle customer feedback to make sure brand stability.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital media, Media sciences or relevant field from any reputed university.
- At least 3+ years of experience in similar roles in relevant industry.
- Expertise in using Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop & any video editing tools.
- Strong understanding of SEM, SEO and Meta platforms like Instagram, facebook ads etc.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
