Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Support Company Secretary in making notices, working papers, agendas and minutes for the Board, AGMs and Committee meetings of the Company.
- Keep posted shareholder data and company website for Corporate info.
- Handing out of interim and final cash dividend while running payments cycle periodical.
- Settlement of unpaid and unclaimed Dividend.
- Communicate with CDC on several corporate and shareholder matters.
- Making of register of relevant party transactions.
- To evaluate changes of SROs and making of drafts for circulation for info.
- Support on several corporate difficulties.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must CA/ ACCA qualified.
- At least have 2 years of experience in relevant industry.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
