Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all departmental procedures, making sure updates on time and multi-functional arrangement throughout major departments.
- Perform quarterly compliance evaluation, flag procedure variances and assist both external and internal audits.
- Collaborate with team members to establish or revise SOPs in line with regulatory and operational changes.
- Encourage a culture of transparency by leading compliance subject throughout functions.
- High point working capital inconsistencies by evaluating compliance according major industry practices.
- Monitor inventory controls and flag inconsistencies in stock managing, transfers, recording and provisioning.
- Perform margin and costing analysis to assist in profitability and pricing decisions and red flag inefficiencies or variances effecting financial performance.
- Make sure compliance as per Income tax, Sales tax, SESSI, EOBI and communicate regulatory filings.
- Point out non-compliance problems to the finance head with measurable recommendations.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have ICMA/ ACCA/ Bachelor’s Degree or relevant field from any reputed university.
- At least 2 – 3 years of experience in similar roles in any industry.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
