Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Keep cheque details through bank portal and make sure approval for signature.
- Record and process international payments like Meta, Shopify and Google.
- Perform reconciliation for key general ledger accounts.
- Make and process payments for Social Security and EOBI.
- Record and post monthly accruals in the ERP System.
- Process monthly rent payments for outlets and mall locations.
- Manage invoice recording and supplier account opening in ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics 365 and EBS.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have ACA/ ACCA / ICMA / MBA in finance or relevant field from any reputed university.
- At least have 4+ years of experience in relevant industry.
- Expertise in using software like SAP.
- Strong Understanding with reporting standards, comfortable working and learning new methods.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
