Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Managing internal and external audits preparation.
- Confirming balances in account books and correcting inconsistencies.
- Confirming bank deposits.
- Handling day-to-day transactions.
- Maintaining office expenditures and make sure these expenses are within the budget.
- Supporting the finance department and senior accounting subordinates with numerous tasks, including records, statements and preparing budgets.
- Recording daily receipts.
- Arranging financial information and posting them to the appropriate accounts.
- Studying financial reports for correctness and exactly outlining errors back to their source.
- Determining mistakes in financial reports and modifying faulty reporting approaches.
- Supporting in preparation of budgets.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have BBA/ B.Com/ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, finance or other relevant qualification from any reputed university.
- At least 2 – 3 years of experience in similar roles in any industry.
- Expertise in using accounting software like Xero, Microsoft office Suite, Quickbooks etc.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
