Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Establish and supervise sales team for targeted area and make sure that sales goals are attained.
- Determine competitor actions in market and recognize/ execute methods needed to win against tough competition.
- Communicate with other sales team and operates, marketing, esp and supply chain to make sure efficient functions.
- Recognize modern business opportunities and market enhancements.
- Make effective customer satisfaction and rectify any concerns on time.
- Make and demonstrate sales reports to upper management.
- Track and evaluate sales performance metrics, delivering understandings and suggestions for progress.
- Make sure individuals resources are able to be performing the designations they are allocated, and assigned as per where they can create high value.
