Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Build and execute sustainability tactics and programs, arranging them with the organization’s objectives.
- Perform comprehensive environmental evaluation and audits to classify areas for enhancement and execute best practices.
- Deliver direction and support to departments within the organization to incorporate sustainability practices into their regular operations.
- Track and examine water, energy, waste, and carbon emissions information to monitor the organization’s environmental performance.
- Cooperate with cross-cultural team members to classify and execute sustainable solutions in sections like waste management, energy efficiency, and supply chain improvement.
- Stay informed with industry major regulations, trends, and developing technologies relevant to sustainability.
- Perform sustainability training and knowledge initiatives for employees to encourage a culture of sustainability within the organization.
- Make and interpret reports on sustainability programs, process, and results to stakeholders and upper management.
- Involve with external stakeholders, like regulators, suppliers, and community organizations, to encourage sustainability programs and partnerships.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Master’s Degree in Sustainability, from any reputed university.
- At least have 3 – 5 years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
