Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Make presentations for the Board of Executives on new banking, accounting, and manufacturing software to handle finances relevant to those sections.
- Support company divisions in rapidly approving loans.
- Keeps cost accounting, general accounting, receivables, and payables and general ledger reconciliation via the team members.
- Make sure suitable cash flow to gratify business demands by handling the company’s cash flow forecasts, reporting, and balance sheet things.
- Tracks the organization’s banking action and keeps bank balances.
- Allocate time-sensitive responsibilities to employees.
- Evaluation financial-relevant contracts with related legal department.
- Keep a follow-up system with clients and promote referrals.
- Know all of the company’s finance products and stay up-to-date with the financial markets.
- Work with the CFO in the making and distribution of financial reports of the company.
- Recommend departments with budgeting queries and requirements.
- Monitor the daily payments of company loans making sure they are on time and of the accurate amount.
- Evaluate numerous reports on a weekly basis on the company’s financial expenses by several departments.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have CA/ ACCA/ CIMA / Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from any reputed university.
- At least have 7 – 9 years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
