Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Defining the total cost of tools, materials, utilities, and labor for construction projects.
- Studying construction papers and examining conditions.
- Making estimates for establishing, planning, and scheduling project work.
- Handling pre-bid and pre-qualification suggestions.
- Making estimates to fulfil project aims, like set work hours, organizing tasks, getting materials, and acquiring the best deals with subcontractors and sellers.
- Make sure that related budgets and documents are stand up to before a bid last date.
- Daily reporting to upper management and maintaining clients efficient on the project status.
- Expressing possibility plans and efficiently handling risks that influence impression cost and time approximations.
- Maintaining track of the newest estimating technology and industry-relevant methods.
- Cooperating with other related teams, performing site visits, and delivering other related services such as bid deliveries, when needed.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from any reputed university.
- At least have 3 years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
