Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Build sales tactics and marketing plans to gain company sales aims and profitability.
- Execution and compilation of given objectives/ aims to attain area/ zone wise primary/ secondary sales and packages/ products availability targets.
- Daily market visits to lead/ track the appropriate implementation of set plans/ aims to make sure the attainment of desired outcomes and to encourage excellent relation with exist and probable dealers.
- Collect market intelligence about trends, availability, market share, analysis, competition activities etc. and communicate the same on time and correct to seniors for better tracking and controls.
- Lead/ make sure the appropriate placement/ injection and optimal usage of company’s assets in the market like glass, signage, coolers, shell etc.
- Able to handle distribution management to make sure the appropriate execution of sales operations, KPI’s, GTM, ROI, inventory management.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have BBA/ MBA Degree in Marketing from any reputed university.
- At least have 5 – 7 years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
