Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Cooperate with architects and engineers to evaluate the conditions of the project.
- Perform negotiate contracts with external sellers to touch profitable agreements.
- Get licenses and permits from suitable authorities.
- Control required resources like manpower, materials and equipment from start to completion with consideration to budgetary limits.
- Able to plan all construction schedule and operations intermediate stages to make sure targets will be fulfilled.
- Obtain material and equipment and track stocks to timely manage insufficiencies.
- Able to hire contractors and other related staff and distribute duties.
- Lead the work of mechanics and laborers and give them direction when required.
- Assess progress and make comprehensive reports.
- Make sure obeying to all health and safety protocols and report problems.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from any reputed university.
- At least have 15 – 20 years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
