Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Handle project cost, alteration management equipment, systems, and reports.
- Build and keep project controls methodologies, guidelines, and tools.
- Perform end-of-month project controls evaluations and reporting effectively.
- Deliver management and direction to project schedulers.
- Generate monthly progress reporting for upper management showing contractors progress against schedule for the related period take on daily baseline evaluations, estimates and risk reviews to make sure correct reporting to upper management on project status.
- Cooperate with financial team member for project updates.
- Analyze and report related to project cost positions.
- Classify and track project possibilities and build mitigation tactics.
- Handle payment permission and budget transfer procedures.
- Deliver direction and training on cost and modifications management tools.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from any reputed university.
- At least have 2+ years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
