- Conducting regular market visits according to the journey plan and taking orders from retailers in market.
- Gain sales goals & KPIs.
- Make sure product availability and presence on all outlets.
- Establish and keep healthy relations with shopkeepers.
- Keep correct records of retailers’ orders.
- Deliver brilliant customer service at all times to retailers.
- Make sure orders are completed and delivered on time.
- Managing customer inquiries and complaints, rectifying problems competently.
- Cooler merchandising & scanning.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s Degree in Sales from any reputed university.
- At least have 0 – 1 years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
