Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Handle regular operations of stores like general, chemical and accessories.
- Make sure appropriate labeling, safe storage, and kept compliance with HSE protocols for chemical.
- Track and keep stock levels according to defined maximum and minimum stock levels, and make periodic reports.
- Make sure creation on time, verification of PO, QC approval, demand GRN & OGP in system.
- Lead issuance, receiving and dispatch of materials.
- Leading of posting of returns in ERP of excessive, accessories material & separate stacking effectively.
- Cooperate with procurement team member to make sure material availability timely.
- Supervise and train store staff to gain operational brilliant.
- Keep ERP/ inventory management system for correctness and efficiency.
- Execute SOP and upper managements day to day instructions.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have MBA Degree in Supply chain from any reputed university.
- At least have 12 – 15 years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
