Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Able to convert financial and operational data into summarize, concise, decision-ready insights throughout units.
- Supervise KPI governance and monthly performance reviews like quality, absenteeism and efficiency.
- Establish and keep executive-grade dashboards like Power BI/ Excel with robust ERP alignment.
- Lead cost-control initiatives; meet the requirements and report impact/ savings.
- Monitor internal audit follow through, exception reporting and closing of control gaps.
- Able to standardize SOPs, reporting summarizes and owner monitoring; impose timelines.
- Handle cross-functional projects with HR, Operations, Finance; make sure compliance and adoption.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have CA/ ACCA/ ICMA finalist/ MBA Degree in Accounting, finance from any reputed university.
- At least have 6 – 10 years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
