Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Make sure efficient regular inventory management and stock control operations for finished goods and raw material.
- Keep enhanced stock levels and estimate inventory requires as per on business needs.
- Cooperate with sales, production, finance, procurement and warehouse team members to handle stock flow.
- Able to anticipate and rectify problems and take corrective measures on time.
- Lead continuous enhancement in efficiency, correctness, timeliness, error reduction and cost-saving.
- Make reconciliations and report yield, delivering insights for improving usage and stopping losses.
- Make sure correct inventory records and overall documentation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders for inventory examinations, audits and compliance reporting.
- Able to use oracle fusion for inventory monitoring and reporting.
- Keep loading/ unloading, storage and dispatch as per compliance with HSE and security protocols.
- Make sure the team member is well motivated and trained.
- Build a good working relations with transporters, sellers, and other external/ internal stakeholders.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain from any reputed university.
- At least have 6+ years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
