Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Support company secretary in establishing board and shareholders meetings, making agendas papers, notices and other related documents.
- Able to circulate notices, allied documents and minutes of the board and general meetings to the directors and shareholders on a time.
- Support the company secretary in making sure compliance as per the companies act, CDC regulations, the code of corporate governance regulations, NBFC regulations and other applicable laws.
- Able to file several forms/ documents with the registrar, PSX, regulator etc. on time basis.
- Cooperate with lawyers and legal counsel to address legal and statutory matters of the company.
- Able to draft related contracts, agreements and any other relevant documents.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have ACA/ Bachelor’/ Master’s Degree in Law from any reputed university.
- At least have 3 years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
