Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Supervise your team in the delivery of designs appropriate for our construction team members to offer working carefully with your operational and commercial equivalents.
- Deliver way to the team, comprising misunderstanding of project controls, and making sure compliance with programmed, quality, and cost needs.
- Make sure the client’s Asset protocols are useful properly to the projects at the same time as leading competences via thought-provoking and endorsing the good practice from other parts of the business.
- Work thoroughly with the client’s Engineers to offer our aims project collection and to make sure we endure an important partner.
- Analyze project performance and classify risks that may influence project delivery.
- Insert a positive and truthful environment for your team wherever everyone is tested and reinvigorated to influence their possible.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s Degree in Design engineering from any reputed university.
- At least have 12 years of experience in similar role.
- Transferable Iqama is a must.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
