- Making designs, plans, and drawings of natural and built environments by utilizing computer-support design programs.
- Able to surveying sites efficiently.
- Directing on issues to do with environmental protection.
- Follow up with an environmental effect evaluations.
- Debating needs with clients, and informing them about development.
- Able to writing reports effectively.
- Creating contracts and predicts costs.
- Interpreting proposals to clients for approval and agreeing upon schedules.
- Monitoring projects as they develop.
- Looking for the opinions of business, locals, and others relevant who use a site.
- Communicating with other related professionals like surveyors, architects, town planners and civil engineers.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s Degree in Architect from any reputed university.
- At least have 3+ years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
