Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Evaluate needs, specifications and technical design records to deliver timely and expressive feedback.
- Make thorough, comprehensive and well-organized test cases and test plans.
- Assess, highlight, plan and organize testing activities.
- Plan, design, build and execute automation scripts by use of open source tools.
- Classify, record, document comprehensively and resolve errors.
- Conduct overall regression testing when errors are rectified.
- Build and apply testing procedures for new and current products to fulfil client requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams like developers and product managers to classify system needs.
- Track debugging process outcomes.
- Examine the reasons of non-compliant software and provide training users to implement solutions.
- Monitor quality assurance metrics, such as flaw densities and open flaw counts.
- Stay informed with new testing gears and test tactics.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have BSCS/ MSC Degree in Computer Science from any reputed university.
- At least have 3 – 6 years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
