Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist the progress of OHS strategies and initiatives.
- Recommend and train on numerous safety-relevant topics like noise levels, usage of machinery etc.
- Perform risk evaluation and impose defensive actions.
- Evaluation current guidelines and actions and modify as per legislation.
- Commence and establish OHS training of employees and managers.
- Examine premises and the work of workers to classify problems or non-conformity such as not use protective tools.
- Track maintenance, installations, clearance of substances etc.
- Halt any insecure acts or procedures that appear hazardous or harmful.
- Record and examine incidents to regulate reasons and manage worker’s compensation claims.
- Create reports on incidences and deliver statistical data to senior management.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s Degree in HSE from any reputed university.
- At least have 3+ years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
