Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Build and execute sales tactics to gain monthly and yearly targets.
- Build and execute energy saving programs and track consumption trends.
- Make sure ideal performance and energy efficiency of all utility services to reduce operational costs.
- Supervise plan, and cooperate all engineering maintenance actions throughout the plant, making sure minimal downtime.
- Monitor the operational and maintenance of utilities such as generators, HVAC systems, boilers, compressor and water the treatments plant.
- Plan and monitor new tools installation and commissioning according to expansion or projects.
- Handle and control budgets, making sure cost-saving without compromising on quality.
- Supervision and provide training to team of technicians, engineers and maintenance staff, estimating a culture enhancement and high performance.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have B.E. Degree in Mechanical, electrical from any reputed university.
- At least have 12 – 15 years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
