Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Able to lead QC operations and handling regulatory issues for international and national dossiers.
- Make sure of timely and correct monthly payroll as per with company policy.
- Able to update field force expense and verify expense sheets with correct claims.
- Make full and final settlements for separated employees, making sure correctness of all dues and deductions.
- Daily reconcile all payroll and staff-relevant ledgers with the GL to make sure correctness.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have B.Com/ MBA Degree in Finance from any reputed university.
- At least have 2 – 3 years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
