Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Handle regular assign routes, schedules, and make sure the well-timed and well-organized delivery of goods or services.
- Usage systems to track vehicle locations in actual and deliver informs to stakeholders.
- Keep correct and update records of all dispatch measures, comprising driver data, deliveries, and vehicle status.
- Collaborate with other related departments, like customer service, sales, and operations, to make efficient data flow and effective service.
- Examine dispatch information to classify trends and suggest enhancements to improve reduction in costs, efficiency, and advance service quality.
- Rectify and resolve any operational problems that ascend amid the day to reduce disturbance.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain from any reputed university.
- At least have 2+ years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
