Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Handling the design and planning cycle of construction projects.
- Backing technical knowledge to project designs and drawings.
- Execution cost computations and making financial projections.
- Making work schedules in cooperation with the project manager.
- Collaborating between subcontractors, contractors, sellers, and suppliers.
- Monitoring construction engineering procedures.
- Conducting daily tests on materials and processes to make sure compliance with industry rules.
- Making sure that the construction project is accomplished on time and within budget.
- Recording procedures and maintain comprehensive construction logs.
- Giving construction project development updates to clients and upper managers.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s Degree in Civil from any reputed university.
- At least have 8 – 10 years of experience in similar role.
- Must be available in Saudi Arabia.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
