Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Handle engagements by outlining the audit tactics in consultation with the senior partner / manager, and implement it as per compliance with Ernst & Young’s rules and regulations.
- Implement perplex audit processes and supervise teams, on actions, reliant on the size of the engagement.
- Take part in establishment, keep and reinforce external and internal relation and confirm that work offered to clients is a high priority and high quality.
- Participate and classify risks and highlight problems, as suitable.
- Make a positive learning culture and train and counsel to junior team and provide support them in their personal and professional establishment.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have CA/ ACCA qualified/ Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, finance from any reputed university.
- At least have 3 – 4 years of experience in similar role.
- Expertise in using MS Excel, MS Word and MS Power Point.
- Basic information about financial modeling.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
