Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Handle the day-to-day processes of the office, comprising arrangement of meetings and organizing files, appointments, and managing correspondence.
- Responsible to be contact between executives and external / internal stakeholders.
- Generate presentations, reports, and other related documents for the executives as needed.
- Manage travel preparations for executives and manage relevant logistics.
- Keep a safe and protective working environment by making sure compliance as per with health and safety protocols.
- Establish and keep the office filing system, comprising electronic and hard copy documentation.
- Able to process and monitor purchase orders, invoices, and other related financial documents as needed.
- Handle inventory of office equipment and supplies and order new supplies as required.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from any reputed university.
- At least have 1 – 2 years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
