Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Support in making performance aims, assessment metrics and nurturing an outcome-driven ethics.
- Assist in surveys, employee engagement and progression development efforts.
- Coordinate with department heads to establish concise, proficiency as per job descriptions.
- Modify records for terminations, new hires and changes in employment benefits or status.
- Make pay slips and manage issues relevant to payroll inconsistencies.
- Keep correct employee records, comprising leave, attendance and performance reviews.
- Make sure specific and bookkeeping on time, with correct posting of all accounting entries in
- Assist day to day HR operations and employee engagement activities.
- Keep HRIS data and monitor visa compliance.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have BBA/ MBA degree in Human Resource, Business or relevant from any reputed university.
- At least 2+ years of experience in relevant field.
- Strong understanding MS Office is plus.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
