Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Making and disbursement of consultant payments.
- Handle receivables, payables and sales billing operations.
- Monitor import-oriented/ LC operations.
- Perform bank reconciliation/ Monthly book closing.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable effectively.
- Conduct bank and control account reconciliations daily.
- Make sure specific and bookkeeping on time, with correct posting of all accounting entries in the accounting software.
- Accomplish monthly and annual closings in fulfilling to accounting principles.
- Perform procedure of prepayments and accruals correctly.
- Make financial reports for Senior Management.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have ICMA part-qualified / M.Com degree from any reputed university.
- At least 2 – 3 years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
