Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Able to record and verify invoices, credit notes, and expenses in SAP.
- Conduct three-way matching like invoice, GRN and PO before posting and make sure transaction correctness.
- Make sales tax input reconciliations and assist compliance needs.
- Cooperate with internal teams and suppliers to rectify inconsistencies and keep correct seller balances.
- Manage LC relevant coordination with logistics and procurement amid tracking unbilled liabilities.
- Able to record accruals and provisions amid monthly closing measures.
- Keep and update seller master data in SAP and make sure correct AP records.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s in Accounting, finance from any reputed university.
- At least have 2+ years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
