Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Able to collect and verify timesheet information, comprising hours worked, overtime and absence effectively.
- Able to process end-to-end payroll like starters, bonuses, adjustments and leaves.
- Able to compute statutory pay, pension contributions and other related deductions.
- Able to submit real time data and making sure compliance as per with reporting needs.
- Able to reconcile payroll control accounts and mitigating inconsistencies.
- Managing employee payroll issues and explaining benefits, payslips, and deductions.
- Keeping and updating payroll guidelines to outline changes in legislation.
- Develop relations with internal team members such as HR and finance, and handling external partnerships.
- Delivering technical payroll information and training to other junior team members.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have B.Com/ BBA/ Bachelor’s in Accounting, finance from any reputed university.
- At least have 2 – 5 years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
