- Build and track governance, risk and internal control structures throughout the company.
- Perform risk evaluations, classify control gaps and execute mitigation tactics.
- Supervise ESG and sustainability reporting amid making sure compliance as per regulatory and international protocols.
- Handle SAP S4 Hana processes and assist compliance, audit and risk management programs.
- Cooperate with local and global stakeholders to improve governance practices and lead constant enhancement.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have CA/ ACCA/ Bachelor’s in Accounting, finance from any reputed university.
- At least have 3+ years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
