Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Monitor regular accounting functions comprising GL entries, bank reconciliations, invoices, vouchers and payment processing.
- Support in making of monthly and yearly financial statements and basic financial reports.
- Track and keep AR & AP records to make sure timely collections and payments.
- Cooperate with audit team members, sellers and internal departments delivering mandatory documentation and verifying invoices effectively.
- Keep correct financial records and reports.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree in Accounting, finance from any reputed university.
- At least have 1 – 3 years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
