Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Tracking regular communications and answering any queries efficiently.
- Making statutory accounts without any mistake.
- Making sure amounts, payments, and records are accurate.
- Able to work with sales, spreadsheets, and purchase ledgers and journals.
- Able to record and file cash transactions effectively.
- Able to control credit and chasing debt.
- Able to handle invoice processing and filing.
- Able to process expense requests for the accountant for approval.
- Conduct bank reconciliation error free.
- Cooperating with third party clients, providers, and suppliers.
- Able to update and keep technical documentation.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have B.Com/ Bachelor’s in Accounting, finance from any reputed university.
- At least have 2+ years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
