Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Authenticate documents, products and stock records and share regular reports.
- Evaluate in/out paper work for correctness and completeness.
- Make sure appropriate managing of returns documentation.
- Track CCTV for security, protection and unauthorized measures.
- Make sure compliance as per with safety protocols, and fire extinguisher placement.
- Assess generator & vehicle logbooks and use efficiency.
- Keep and verify fixed asset records and condition.
- Make and share monthly audit report effectively.
- Make sure FEFO approach efficiently.
- Perform cash audits and report outcomes.
- Track scrap sale measures and make sure transparent transactions.
- Make sure obey to SOPs and report non-compliance.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have B.Com/ Bachelor’s/ M.Com/ Master’s degree in Accounts from any reputed university.
- At least have 1 – 3 years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
