Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Able to validate supplier invoices correspond with the supportive paper work and approvals over daily checks to confirm invoice payments on time.
- Make periodic reconciliation of seller statement against Company statement of accounts to validate seller ledger.
- Track and follow-up on high priority payments and make sure the transactions are processed timely.
- Able to confirm invoices are acknowledged by given personnel and processed timely for efficient functions.
- Evaluate the payment paper work and bridge inconsistencies to keep the protocol operating process.
- Able to verify payments against invoices are adjusted, to make sure normal protocol is followed prior to forwarding to the disbursement.
- Make sure utility invoices are established and processed within the detailed time frame.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have CMA/ACCA/ Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Accounts, finance from any reputed university.
- At least have 3+ years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
