Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Evaluate income statements, balance sheets, and general ledgers for correctness and compliance as per with accounting laws.
- Able to test bank reconciliations, cash handling, and petty cash systems effectively.
- Able to check customer credit limits, sales orders, and invoice correctness.
- Examine vendor contracts, purchase orders, and 3 method matching before payment.
- Perform physical stock counts of work-in-progress, raw materials, and finished goods to find decline or waste of stock and slow moving stock.
- Evaluate shipping logs, sellers’ delivery times, and warehouse storage situations.
- Able to check machine downtime monitoring, factory floor logs, and scrap rates for production efficacy.
- Able to perform audit timekeeping documents, payroll processing and F&F settlement.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have CMA/ M.Com/ MBA in Accounts from any reputed university.
- At least have 3 – 5 years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
