Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Given account rules to all transactions in the accounting system.
- Compute supplier account balances and reconcile with totals effectively.
- Able to assemble the related business documentation used in banking procedures.
- Able to enter correct and timely information into the accounting system.
- Keep correct financial statements and records.
- Conduct month-end closing measures.
- Able to process payroll transactions in the company’s accounting system.
- Able to record and procedures all business transactions within the company’s accounting system by using codes of double-entry accounting.
- Able record transactions and events relevant to prepayments, inventory, accruals, capital structure and finance costs efficiently.
- Able to record transactions and events relevant to sales, receivables, purchases, payables and cash.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have CMA/ACCA/ Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Accounts from any reputed university.
- At least have 1 – 2 years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
