Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Make sure compliance as per with HSE processes, procedures and site SOPs.
- Support in internal and client audits, leading accurate measures.
- Assist ISO 45001 certification via establishment and execution of HSE programs.
- Classify and address risky actions, intensifying serious problems as required.
- Make training plans and deliver coaching to encourage a safety culture.
- Supervise risk evaluations and support in building contingency plans.
- Monitor HSE incident examinations, directing management on stoppage actions.
- Support in establishing emergency response processes.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, chemical from any reputed university.
- At least have 3 – 4 years of experience in similar role.
- NEBOSH IGC or relevant certification.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
