Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Handling the making of correct and timely financial statements, comprising consolidated reports for an organization.
- Supervising and cooperating external and internal audits, making sure all documentation and procedures fulfil compliance and regulatory protocols.
- Building and executing vigorous financial controls to secure assets and make sure information accuracy.
- Monitoring the monthly, quarterly, and year close processes, comprising reconciliations, journal entries, and discrepancy analysis.
- Making comprehensive financial reports and interprets for leadership and board members.
- Leading tactic programs to improve financial reporting processes via automation and innovative solutions.
- Delivering leadership and mentorship to junior accountants, nurturing a culture of teamwork, development, and effective excellence.
- Cooperating with multi-functional teams to build estimates, budgets, and long-term financial policies.
- Staying up-to-date regarding variations in accounting guidelines and best major practices, applying updates to internal developments and documentation.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have CA /ACCA/ MBA in Accounts, finance from any reputed university.
- At least have 2+ years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
