Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Evaluate trade discounts, rebates, spend and advertising investments to review ROI and efficiency throughout retail, distributor and wholesale channels.
- Deliver financial direction on margin management, pricing tactics, and channel profitability.
- Assist route-to-market advancement and customer profitability analysis.
- Perform market visits and transform field insights into financial measures.
- Monitor financial management of promotion, advertising and brand activation budgets, comprising provisions and accruals.
- Assess financial viability, ROI and payback of campaigns and new programs.
- Make sure marketing spend compliance, discipline and effectiveness monitoring.
- Track DCS product, customer and channel GM and outlines risk and enhancement sections.
- Evaluate DCS packaging, raw material and conversion cost to classify saving opportunities.
- Supervise financial assessment of new products, capital projects and expansion programs.
- Make IRR/ NPV evaluation, feasibility studies and post investment analyses.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have ACCA/ BBA/ MBA in Accounts, finance from any reputed university.
- At least have 5 years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
