Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Handling and keeping a company’s technological tool, like tablets, computers, and smartphones.
- Making sure that company devices interconnect with email servers, file servers, and financial systems flawlessly.
- Upgrading, installing, and handling hardware and software on company devices.
- Handling all software licensing effectively.
- Maintaining an inventory of all company electronic assets.
- Delivering staff with training on how to utilize software, hardware, and cloud-based services.
- Making instructions for program installation classifications.
- Conducting backups and restoring lost data as required.
- Assessing and suggesting software purchases to the IT manager.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s in Computer Science from any reputed university.
- At least have 3+ years of experience in similar role.
