Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Keep and modify the fixed asset register and make asset codes according to policy.
- Able to process depreciation, capitalization, CWIP transfers and asset disposals.
- Make lease and financing amortization schedules like Musharaka, Leasing and Ijarah.
- Handle right-of-use assets and lease liability schedules.
- Monitor interest expense, lease payments and current maturities in SAP.
- Conduct vendor settlements, reconciliations and correct SAP postings.
- Assist revaluation exercises, asset verification and audit measures.
- Keep insurance control sheets to make sure sufficient asset coverage.
- Manage insurance policy renewals, claims processing and paper work management.
- Perform cash audits, track transactions and conduct bank and deposit reconciliations.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s in Accounts from any reputed university.
- At least have 2+ years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
