Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Build maintenance protocols and make sure execution.
- Follow up with examinations of the facilities to classify and rectify problems.
- Evaluate hydraulic and electrical systems of buildings to make sure of functionality.
- Design, plan and monitor all installation and repair measures.
- Distribute workload and lead upkeep staff like janitors, custodians, etc.
- Track tool inventory and place orders when required.
- Track expenses and control the budget for maintenance.
- Handle relations with service and contractors providers.
- Keep maintenance report and logs on regular measures.
- Make sure health and safety procedures are fulfilled with regulatory policies.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s in Engineering from any reputed university.
- At least have 3+ years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
