Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Supervising and handling the QA team in the building, execution, and implementation of quality assurance tactics.
Building and applying quality procedures, making sure all team members follow them effectively.
Tracking and examining key major quality metrics to monitor product performance and classify sections for advancement.
Collaborating with product developer, engineer, and operations teams to make sure that quality protocols are combined into the product lifecycle efficiently.
Monitoring the planning and implementation of audits, examinations, and tests to assess product quality.
Evolving and keeping quality documentation, comprising test reports, plans, and defect monitoring records.
Building and keeping a robust communication channel with other related departments to make sure quality expectations are fulfilled via the production procedures.
Performing root cause analysis of quality problems and executing accurate actions to stop recurrence.
Delivering training, leadership, and building opportunities to QA workers to improve team skills and performance efficiently.

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidate must have CA/ Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree in Accounts from any reputed university.
At least have 1+ years of experience in similar role.
Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
